GOAL: Advance the use of bicycles as a viable mode of transportation and recreation within the City of Las Cruces and MPO area.
OBJECTIVE 4: The BFAC shall recommend policies and procedures for review and adoption by the City Council for the development of new facilities within areas proposed for changes in land uses and proposed future developments and/or subdivisions.
POLICIES:
4.1 The BFAC, as part of its determination of final bicycle facilities within Bicycle Facility Study Areas and all future bicycle facility alignments, shall develop and recommend policies for those facilities that will need to be included or improved as part of changes in land use and proposed future developments and/or subdivisions.
