EVALUATION AND DATA ANALYSIS

Assumptions

In order to determine future need for and potential use of bicycle facilities, the following assumptions were made:

• The development, improvement, and awareness of bicycle facilities will maintain or produce a positive growth in bicycle usage as a mode of transportation and as a form of recreation.
• Land uses will follow similar patterns in the future as they currently exist.
